Habitat - Volunteers from Oak Hill worked to complete the 20th Methodist House this year. We also budget funds to support Habitat. www.ashevillehabitat.org/
Backpack Program - Working with Congregations 4 Children (C4C), Oak Hill packs 20 bags of weekend food every week for kids from Sand Hill-Venable School. This program continues throughout the summer months.
ABCCM - Partnering with ABCCM, food and cash donations from Oak Hill help ABCCM serve our community.

Steadfast House - Volunteers from Oak Hill work to make Steadfast House more home-like for the women and children in need staying there. They also prepare and serve a meal to the residents on the third Sunday of each month which is really appreciated! www.abccm.org/ministries/women
Scouting - The Troop 40 Boy Scout program operating here has doubled in size over the last year. www.danielboonecouncil.org/
COSTA RICA 2012!
A mission trip to Costa Rica is planned for August 11-18, 2012. Primarily for adults, this trip will involve helping a local Methodist church to build needed rooms for spiritual growth and religious education.
A fundraising meal will be held at Oak Hill on Wednesday night, March 21. More information on the meal a little later.
